In particular, teachers of students in the early grades help students to attune themselves to the wisdom that is available and present in their own body awareness.

Students practice yoga and meditation, where they take the time to clear their mind, focus on their breath, and allow space for contemplation.

They practice a variety of dance forms, where they challenge their bodies to move to music and respond to rhythm. They engage in dramatic arts and theatrical movement exercises, where they explore multiple avenues of non-verbal communication.

In every instance, teachers provide the opportunity for students to communicate through all of their “hundred languages.”
