Make the most of summer with a day at the beach! Join Salmonberry’s Kindergarten teacher and beach enthusiast Emmy Gran for some fun in the sun. We will investigate low tide creatures, make art with found beach materials, play beach games, make forts, sandcastles and boats. We will play with bubbles, make kites and more! Shade tents will be on hand and bathroom access with hot water is available.

This camp will take place entirely outside at Crescent Beach. Please make use of the 2 public parking areas for drop-off and pick up. This camp is near a busy road so parents, please walk your child across the street to our to-be-communicated meeting spot for drop off and pick up each day. In a backpack, please send your child with a hearty snack, sturdy shoes, towel, change of clothes, and sunscreen/hat each day. Indoor use of the bathroom facilities and water refills will be permitted. Daily temperature scans and health checklist required. Personal water bottle, hand sanitizer, and clean mask are required each day. 6 foot distancing. Masks required when within 6 feet. 2 week on island quarantine prior to start of camp is required for any off-island campers. Contact Laura at programs@salmonberryschool.org with any questions.
