Cody Beebe and Terry Drussel, co-directors and mentors of Earthways, celebrate our fourth year of collaboration with Salmonberry! We meet again at the amazing Glenwood Hatchery where campers will have the opportunity to learn about the local plants and animals, tracking, language of the birds, basic navigation, fire safety, wilderness survival skills, primitive shelter building, wood carving and safety, and primitive hunting tool making, game playing, and stories by Cody. Campers will keep a nature journal and spend quiet time at a self-selected “secret spot.” Goals for the week include understanding and connecting with nature, being safe, and having fun!
